This patient suffered from male pattern baldness, manifesting in crown hair loss only. He decided to take Finasteride as well as undergo hair transplant surgery to his crown to restore hair where he had none.

Extraction of 997 grafts for implantation into the crown, recreating his spiral. This was carried out using the FUE (follicular unit excision) method in one day. Together with surgery, he also decided to stabilise his hair loss using Finasteride.
